Not sure about some of the ingredients but I will try them. Sounds like a new beginning.
Everyone said this was the best book to get for meal prep. I did not think so. As a beginner to meal prep this book was not at all useful. I will keep it, only because I have waited to long to send it back. Maybe after I figure this stuff out, I will find this book useful.
